Caitlin C. came in as a fresh graduate from Esthetician School in 2021. With guidance on marketing, client retention, and business strategies, she built a strong clientele and gained the confidence to launch her own business!

Molly K. began her journey as a full-body waxer, eager to refine her skills and step into entrepreneurship. Coming from EWC, she took a leap of faith to build something of her own. With mentorship and hands-on experience at The Standard Beauty Bar, she expanded her services, grew her clientele, and increased her income. Today, she’s successfully running her own thriving business, and we couldn’t be prouder!

I believe in building a strong, supportive team, but more than anything, I believe in growth. As much as I would love to keep a solid team forever, I never want to hold someone back from chasing bigger dreams or stepping into their full potential. The Standard Beauty Bar is a place where you can learn, thrive, and evolve—whether that means growing within our team or using this experience as a stepping stone to build something of your own. My goal is to empower beauty professionals, not limit them. When you succeed, we all succeed, and I will always be your biggest cheerleader no matter where your journey takes you!
